What's New at The AI Blueprint: Full-Issue Reading + Mondays
A quick mid-week update — we cleaned up the archive, you can now read full issues right on the site, and we're moving to a steady Monday morning cadence.
Quick mid-week note. Three things changed that I want to make sure you know about.
1. You can now read full issues on the site
Up until today, every issue showed up in your inbox once and then disappeared. The archive page at newsletter.welzseven.com/archive only listed titles and short excerpts — no way to actually read back through past issues unless you'd kept the email.
That's fixed. Every past issue is now a real page on the site. Click the title or "Read full issue →" link from the archive and the whole thing is there. Five previous issues, all readable, all permanent URLs you can share or bookmark.
2. The archive is cleaner
If you visited the archive recently you may have noticed three identical entries for "AI: Your Secret Weapon..." That was a bug in our publish pipeline — the script ran three times in a row and added the same entry each time. The archive is now deduped and renumbered chronologically (issue #1 was March 31, the current one will be #6).
The publish script now refuses to add the same issue twice. No more triplicates.
3. We're moving to a Monday morning cadence
The first five issues went out somewhat sporadically — March 31, April 6, April 14, May 4, May 11. Inconsistent enough that it was hard for you to plan around. Starting next week, The AI Blueprint lands in your inbox every Monday morning, around 7am ET. Weekly, automated, dependable.
If a week is light on signal (no major industry news, no fresh case study worth your time), I'll skip rather than send filler. But the default is: Monday, 7am ET, real content.
What's next
A few things on the build list that you'll see show up in coming issues:
- Sharper case studies — fewer "here's a trend" pieces, more "here's exactly what one operator did this week and the result"
- Skill drops — short, copy-pasteable AI workflows you can deploy on a real job (an answering script, a quote-prep prompt, a safety briefing template)
- A reader Q&A section — if you've got an AI question about your business, reply to this email and I'll work it into a future issue
Thanks for sticking with this in the early-going while the pipeline shook out. The next eight weeks should look very different from the first eight.
To your growth,
